铭泉洋伞(厦门)有限公司的前身是铭泉洋伞厂成立于1992年7月。工厂主要从事各类晴、雨伞的生产和销售。工厂总共已拥有熟练员工500余人，月产量可达到50万~60万支，且已经具备生产各种规格尺寸的直骨伞、折伞、高尔夫伞，自动开收折伞的生产能力。 公司前身铭泉洋伞厂于2001年3月成功导入ISO9001:2000国际质量体系，并于9月份顺利通过ISO9001:2000国际质量体系认证。 到目前为止，公司的产品主要出口到日本、美国、韩国、欧洲及香港地区。
